All reservations require prepayment. You will be charged in full prior to service. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and JCB.
Rates include 5% Sales tax and all Airport Fees. 3% Discount for cash payment.
All reservations are subject to availability and not guaranteed until we contact you. Credit card information is required to hold the reservation. Cancellation Policy / Changes / Refunds
Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours prior to your date of service, with a 15% credit card charge. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of date of service. No Shows will result in being charged in full. Make adjustments or cancellations 72 hours prior to date of service.
Claims for refunds must be made within 30 days from date of service. Third party reservations made by travel agencies or online marketers are non-cancelable and non-refundable. All cancellations must be made by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Refunds will be credited to your account within 3-4 weeks after cancellation date.

Force Majeure: Cloud 9 Limousine shall not be liable for any delays or failure in performance or interruption of services resulting directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, Acts of God and of war, strikes, adverse weather, or other unexpected events prohibiting services. In no event shall Cloud 9 Limousine be liable to Tour Operator or Party for the loss of profit or for other similar or dissimilar collateral or consequential damages whether based on breach of contract warranty, or otherwise.
